Women Employment Awareness Month (WEAM) is an annual March initiative in Canada, designed to connect employers, policymakers, service providers, and stakeholders with diverse career women, to address gender pay gaps, under‐representation in leadership, workplace barriers, and limited workplace support for career growth pre and post maternity break.

Youth Employment Awareness Month (YEAM) is a national month-long initiative marked in April to raise awareness about systemic youth unemployment, connect young Canadians (ages 15–35) with employers, support organizations, business investors and advocate for favourable employment policies.

People of Colour Employment Awareness Month (PEAM) is an annual month of May initiative in Canada, designed to engage employers, policymakers, service providers, and People of Color, in an effort to address employment disparities, workplace hurdles, and entrepreneurship challenges.

Black Employment Awareness Month (BEAM) is an essential, annual September initiative, designed to connect employers, small businesses, entrepreneurs, service providers, and stakeholders with African, Black and Caribbean talent. BEAM aims to address critical issues such as pay disparities, unemployment, underemployment, and the underrepresentation of African, Black and Caribbean professionals in organizational leadership roles. Additionally, BEAM seeks to champion fair resource allocation for African, Black and  Caribbean entrepreneurs and highlight their invaluable contributions to the Canadian economy.
